Please note that customs & import charges are not included in the cost of the item or postage and the buyer will be liable for these (non-EU countries).

Orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Second Class (usually arrives within 2-3 working days after dispatch), orders outside of the UK are sent via Royal Mail International Standard (After dispatch, orders usually arrive in 3-5 working days for Western Europe, and 5-7 working days for elsewhere), although please allow up to 21 working days for international orders. If you require a different delivery method, such as Royal Mail 1st Class or International Tracked & Signed, please let us know and we will arrange this.

Please ensure that you choose a delivery method that has sufficient insurance for the value of the products ordered. All orders are insured up to the total value of £20, if you wish to purchase additional insurance for high-value orders, please contact us in advance and we will arrange this.. If you do not use a delivery method with sufficient insurance, this is done at your own risk. If you select a delivery method with insufficient insurance for the value of the items ordered, and the package is damaged/lost, we will only be able to refund you up to the value of the insurance of that delivery method.

Refunds

Refunds are accepted up to 14 days starting the day after you receive the order.

If an item is faulty, we will either send a replacement, or refund you the cost of the item, the cost of the postage, and the cost of the return postage. If an item is not faulty, but you wish to return it and a refund is agreed upon, then only the original purchase cost of the item, and not any original postage costs, nor return postage costs, will be refunded. The item must be in its original packaging, unsealed and undamaged, and in a resellable condition. We strongly advise you to obtain proof of postage. Please get in touch to ask how to return the item before posting it back to us. We will advise you what postage method to use to send it back. If you choose a different method then we will only be able to refund up to the cost of the method that we have specified. We strongly advise you to obtain proof of postage.
